Book a shared taxi now for only $20 per person from Cayo Coco and from Cayo Paredón, it is $40 per person.
Greeting and departure from your hotel at 9:00 AM. The tour will take you along the causeway connecting Cayo Coco to the second key, part of the JARDINES del REY tourist center… where you can learn the history of this engineering feat, the first of its kind in Cuba.
At the entrance to Cayo Guillermo, you’ll have the opportunity to take a photo next to the statue of Ernest Heminway, the North American writer and author of «The Old Man and the Sea,» as well as other books about the island’s flora and fauna. Cay and others, written in the tranquility of these places. Dolphin watching or interacting with them is an option if you decide to visit the Cayo Guillermo Dolphinarium, where these gentle and intelligent mammals await you. Near this spot, you can photograph the vibrant pink flamingos with their beautiful, natural coloring.
We’ll continue our journey to Pilar Beach to find Heminway Beach, considered one of the top ten beaches in the world with its fine sand, unlike any other beach in Cuba.
Here, you can enjoy the beach until 4:30 PM and, if desired, take advantage of the facilities offered by Marina Marlin, which include lounge chairs and sun loungers, a catamaran ride, or a yacht ride to the barrier reef.
You can snorkel near the barrier reef for 45 minutes, and then, if you choose this option, have lunch at a restaurant on the uninhabited island of Media Luna… with rice, lobster, fish or chicken, salad, fruit, and two liquids. After lunch, return to the beach for the rest of the day.

The barrier reef excursion is NOT INCLUDED in the car price and costs $40 per adult and $20 for children under 12, including lunch.
